Double Ups

Double Ups create the ‘wow’ factor of all ‘wow’ factors – and enables you to achieve  your very own display in your very own home that is nothing short of a professional gallery!  Double Ups are the perfect display option for your most valued images and memories.  Photos such as your first date, your big wedding day, new born babies and family, basically any special moments captured that mean that little bit extra to you and your family.  Double Ups will display them just the way they deserve to be displayed.

Double Ups are created by combining either a 5×7 or 5×5 frame with a smaller 6×4 or 4×4 frame.  Any colours may be combined to achieve your desired look, and creating them is very simple to do.  The end result gives the look of a museum matte between the outer frame and the photo.  Double Ups also adds depth and dimension to the frame, causing it to look like it is suspended out from the wall in mid air.

Creating Double Up’s

1. Using either a 5×5 or 5×7 frame, place protector layer face down and stick one Gel Mount as close as possible to each internal corner as shown below.

2. Remove protector layer from either a 4×4 or 6×4 frame and evenly place down over the Gel Mounts (this example uses a black 5×7 with a yellow 6×4). The smaller frame should be exactly in the middle, then press into place firmly.

3. Finally apply photo & Gel Mounts onto the inside frame as directed above in step 3.
